The Miami Dolphins take victory from the West Coast with a breathtaking score of 36-34 after a shoutout with the Los Angeles Charges. The teaming of Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill is unstoppable in this game. Tyreek Hill was targeted 15 times and caught 11 of those targets for 215 yards and also a pair of touchdowns.
He is visibly driven at a different level from anybody else on the football field. Tua Tagovailoa threw for 446 yards, a target of 13.6 yards. He averaged 10.4 yards -per attempt for the game. The Chargers are playing a defensive-minded hire, because of the suggestion of coach Bradon Staley.
The Chargers finally put things together when coach Bradon Staley told them to play defensively. The Chargers were able to do 531 yards of offense at 8.2 yards per play.
The concerning part is that they gave up all of that production while actually recording multiple turnovers. J.C. Jackson caught an interception and Nick Williams had a fumble recovery. Quentin Johnston did not play a huge role in the offense for the Chargers.
Johnston played just 22 snaps on offense. 16 of them as a route-runner. Johnson was clearly the fourth wider receiver behind Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and Josh Palmer because he did not see a pass come his way.
