Indian origin R Praggnandhaa lost in the chess World Cup final. He lost the game with world No. 1 Magnus Carlsen with a tiebreak of the FIA World Cup final organized at Baku. In two games the first 35 moves are drawn on Thursday. 

This was followed by the other 30-move draw in game 2 on Wednesday. Both game 1 and game 2 were played in the classical format till the tiebreak which was played in the shorter format.

The anticipated clash with the 18th-year-old Pragganandha standing just one step away from making chess history. The tie-break match was rapid and fast. This game was played by a set of two different games. 

Each of the players gets 25 minutes of time control and also gets an increment of 10 seconds per move. This tiebreaker game was pretty rapid but after the draw match, this can be the time when Praggnandhaa could make history. But he lost the game and became the runner-up of the Cheese World Cup.
